This website will also be investigating the legal process and proceedings of this case to determine if there are illegal actions and minsconduct taking place. That information will be forwarded to the proper "higher" authorities or national news media for investigation. We have and continue to print off copies of posts, blogs and other information from these television stations as well as the newspapers that will be forwarded onto proper "higher" authorities for investigation. There is no sense in trying to correct your websites or any blogs that you have allowed to be posted because we already have our copies of what you have initially said and allowed. Although there are several TV stations that have decided to cover Troy's story and illegally label him a serial rapist and assume he is guilty we would like to thank the one local TV station for not covering this story at all. We appreciate you have morals and don't air garbage! You seek the truth! If you seek the total truth of this case, this is the website to get it from. People who have no relationship to Troy feel it's necessary to make threats against him and his family on several tv websites along with personal websites created by individuals on the internet. Recently, people who have known Troy are coming forward making untruthful comments from years ago and even recently. None of you people in his past or even today know the person he really is. You are all nothing but liars and need to look at your own horrible lives before you start talking about his! Everytime you access these websites your ISB is tagged and even though you sit behind fake screen names to hide your identity, it can be traced back to you and your true identity will be revealed. We also have and continue to make copies of these threats along with the website names that are allowing these threats to be posted and they will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
Back in 1993, Troy was convicted of CSC-third degree. He was 19 years old at this time. Since being released from prison after serving his time for this crime he has not been in trouble with the law and has held a steady job. He has continued to be in compliance with registering on the sex offender registry. The crime from 1993 was not against a child. Troy and this woman were both adults. This woman and the alleged victim today, in 2008, have no age similiarity no matter what any prosecutor or judge believes. There were many discrepencies in the 1993 case based on the victim herself and her credibility. For example, the victim is reporting to other websites that DNA in the 1993 case was positive. According to the evidence in the transcripts, it was inconclusive. Fingerprints on the tape that was used was inconclusive. Get your facts straight! Also, the victim's original description of the man that attacked her looked nothing like Troy. Even the neighbors gave a description of the car they had seen leaving her home that morning and Troy didn't drive or own a car of that description. It's all in the transcripts people! We have those transcripts that show all of these discrepencies. Unfortunately being misguided by his attorney, Troy chose to plea bargain than to fight the case in court. Everyone seems to want to focus on the case from 1993 and make that woman the victim today. Sorry lady, you are not the 13 year old girl involved in this case so you have no reason to be involved except for your own disgusting personal reasons. Troy served his time for that crime and that woman has no connection to the case today. That was who Troy was several years ago-not who he is today.
Prior to August 31, 2008 Troy was slowly growing tired of being led on by his on again and off again "girlfriend/friend" in Clio, Michigan. Troy helped this woman with her household repairs and maintained her home while she was too busy to maintain it herself. Troy had a key to her home and would watch over the home while her and her two daughters would go out of town. Troy would have to drive this woman's teenage girl and her friends to school in the morning because she was too tired from partying the night before to do it herself. He has been around this family for years and yet never had one problem with this teenage girl or her friends. Troy would constantly receive phone calls from this woman that her two children were out of control and she would ask Troy to help her since she didn't know how to control them herself. This continued on for some time and on August 31, 2008 Troy finally realized that he had been used all along by this woman.
On August 31, 2008 Troy arrived at his "girlfriend/friend's" home in the early morning hours to find that there were several adults left with 3 teenage girls and 1 toddler. 1 of the teenage girls and the toddler were his "girlfriend/friend's" children. The teenage girls told Troy that there was an unknown male in the home upstairs. Several dults had arrived at this home after drinking and driving early on this morning BEFORE this incident even happened. They were actually at the home sleeping while this incident took place! Just a note: Why are these girls-one of which is a TODDLER being left home with drunk adults let alone an unknown male upstairs? We strongly urge Child Protective Services visit this address because this is a habit at this house. Troy grew angry at the fact that these individuals were left to watch over these girls. He then made a decision to end any relationship with his "girlfriend/friend". His mistake was getting involved with this woman and her children to begin with. She has a history of treating men this way and everyone warned him to stay away from her and her troubled children. At some point during this time there was an altercation between Troy and one of the teenage girls that led to Troy being arrested and charged with kidnapping and CSC on a child and a 5th charge of assault less than murder that was added on recently that legally shouldn't of been allowed to be added on a month after he was already arraigned for the other charges. He is being charged with CSC on a minor even though no assault ever took place. The victim in this case has even stated from day 1 that Troy never gave her any indication that he was going to assault her and that she never thought or felt he was going to. She has even admitted this to family members. She has even gone to school telling friends that nothing really happened and all she wanted was her face in the paper but she was disappointed they wouldn't show her face. The police assume he was going to even after their victim stated he did not. They want to pin it on him because of what he did when he was 19. He is being held in jail on a $100,000 bond (This was lowered from $450,000 once the trial judge lowered the bond after reviewing the victim's testimony) because the legal system assumes he was going to sexually assault this minor even though there is no proof and the victim said it never happened. Yet adult and child murderers are released on much lower bonds and get to walk the streets. Maybe its just us but we are pretty sure the legal system is suppose to take the victim's testimony as evidence since she is the individual that filed the complaint.
If you really pay attention to this case and not to what the media tells you, you will realize what the actual truths are as well as the falsifications in this case by actually being present in the courtroom or by reading the police report along with the transcripts of the court proceedings. Most importantly use common sense when you see how big he is. If a crime that horrific was to be committed, it would of been! The victim didn't just run away! She admitted she stood there holding a phone in her hand and he LET her go past him. If he wanted to harm her he could of just knocked the phone out of her hand and then hurt her! She was never harmed at all! He is sitting in jail on ASSUMPTIONS from a crime he committed 14 years ago! He was interviewed while he was intoxicated after this attempted "alleged" sexual crime took place and yet there is no written statement from Troy as to what he states happened that day. You only hear the police's side of the interview. The reports are different from what the victim has stated a few weeks after the complaint was filed and from what she has told her family and what she has told friends at school. They have statements from adults on the scene that state they really don't know what happened because they were all asleep! Yet they are witnesses??!! The "evidence" was not found where the police claim they found it and the "evidence" does not even match. Witnesses where they claim the "evidence" was found will speak the truth to that once the police report, "witness" statements and transcripts along with what the victim has stated to friends and family are forwarded on to the proper "higher" authorities by us. Troy's true friends and family will pursue this even after he is sentenced. The truth will come out about exactly how the arresting police department handled this case and they will be investigated. Troy would never of received a fair trial because of all the lies that have been told through the television stations, newspapers as well as the internet.
I have one question for the police officials-if this case was so "air-tight" then why did the prosecutor drop the CSC charges against Troy that involved the minor victim? Sexual charges that involve a minor would be on any law officials top priority to pursue in court for a guilty plea or verdict. Troy didn't plead to lesser charges like you claim he did back when he was 19 years old. The prosecutor agreed to dismiss the CSC charges so don't compare this case to 14 years ago. They were dismissed because there was no evidence and because the victim herself did the right thing and took the stand and said he did not. You might want to visit the 7th Circuit Court website in Flint in case you are confused about that! We would also like to note that the arresting police department, after having invited the Flint Journal to attend, held a city meeting last week to update the city commission on Troy's case. The article of this meeting was published in the Flint Journal and the Clio Messenger. Troy is in jail awaiting to serve his time and everyone already knows that. It's nice to know they waste the taxpayer's time and money for this instead of holding a city meeting with an actual agenda. We are consulting an attorney and as stated above your actions are being forwarded for investigation.
